I was fortunate to find Maxine just prior to my knee replacement in 2011, and she used a number of therapies to help me prior to my operation and also with post operative support. I was a “Non believer” regarding Thai Massage and Acupuncture but rapidly realised that these therapies could help me and Maxine was skilled in both application of the therapies, but also in listening to me to understand my needs. She is professional in her approach, and has the qualifications to ensure that I know she  possesses the skills I need.
I am now waiting for a knee replacement on my other knee and Maxine is still supporting me, albeit now including Interx and light therapies to help me reduce my pain, reduce the pain killers, and keep me mobile.

Maxine is a truly gifted healer. There isn’t much in the last 5 years of treatments that she hasn’t been able to relieve or fully cure. I initially met Maxine for an Indonesian massage but since have received acupuncture and Interex. Maxine’s approach is sympathetic and intuitive but always backed up by her vast scientific knowledge.  She has helped ease pain from De Quervains tenosynovitis. morning sickness and recovering from two pregnancies, in addition to helping me through periods of fatigue associated with Chronic fatigue.
