Onsite Equine Courses

Life Leadership is a hands-on workshop of joy and curiosity. Engage in a journey to a new frontier as we learn with horses – exploring the impact our body language brings to our families, workplaces, animals and friends.

Prior experience with horses is wonderful but not necessary.  Bringing your heart is.

Each course is different but will always include:

  • Experimenting with the energetic conflict that can arise between our verbal and physical communication
  • Playing with exercises that demonstrate the science behind the “how to” control of your left-right amygdala/ hippocampus relationship… not only to manage your fear – but to UP your game
  • Interacting with the “what, when, why and how” behind rhythm and body language, and the benefits of using tone, not words, to create harmony in communication
  • Feeling the patterns, pictures and presuppositions that freeze our relationships and affect our attention, safety and motivation

Working with horses offers us a chance to see outside of our primary patterning, rewire our understanding, create positive skills sets and help us regulate and enhance the space and grace we share within our own human connections.

What clothing should I wear2026-06-30T18:36:07+01:00

We will be out in the arena with the horses so we recommend that you were comfortable, covered shoes. Please also bring sunscreen if the weather is going to be hot, and potentially a waterproof jacket if showers are forecast.

What refreshments are included2026-06-30T18:38:34+01:00

We offer coffee, water and various teas on arrival, and during breaks in the morning and afternoon (which will be accompanied by delicious home made cakes).

Lunch is also provided, and we will confirm any dietary requirements before the course

How much equine experience is required2026-06-30T18:41:06+01:00

No prior experience of horses is needed to enjoy our courses. We will confirm your comfort and knowledge levels before the day so we can ensure we maximise your enjoyment!

What information do I need to provide in advance2026-06-30T18:42:22+01:00

We will send out a questionnaire in advance to determine your comfort and experience with horses, any medical or allergy information, dietary requirements and our standard disclaimer form.

How safe are your horses2026-06-30T18:45:26+01:00

Our horses are very used to working with people. We make sure we explain all the activities in detail before you start to work with the horses. We will never leave you unattended or ask you to perform any activity that we believe would put you in harms way.

However, horses are sensitive creatures so we ask that you be mindful at all times when interacting with them.
