Life Leadership is a hands on workshop of joy and curiosity learning with horses. Engage in a journey to a new frontier exploring the impact our body language has on the dynamics within our families, workplaces, our animals and friends.
Your day will focus on:
- Experimenting with the energetic conflict that can arise between our verbal and physical communication
- Trialing exercises to demonstrate the science behind the “how to” of controlling your left/right amygdala (not only to manage your fear – but to UP your game)
- Experiencing the “how, what, when and why” behind rhythm, and the benefits of using tone, not words, to create harmony
Working with horses offers us a chance to see outside of our primary patterning, rewire our understanding, create positive skills sets and help us regulate and enhance the space and grace we share within our own human connections.
