DESCRIPTION:This is an opportunity to discover a new way of looking at your own life and gain a new perspective on something that might be holding you back. The session will serve as a catalyst for change\, activating a deeper remembering within you and helping you tune into your own inner guidance. \nPaul will share simple ideas to help with the release of fear\, anxiety and stress and reveal how essential alignment practice is for a clearer mind. He will share his experience of the 3 key alignment practices that have changed his mind and life – The Egoscue method\, Vipassanna meditation and his ongoing study of the teachings and lessons of A Course in Miracles. \nAs well as sharing some of his own learning from his personal experience living with a neurological condition\, Paul will discuss the spiritual lessons and metaphysical understanding offered by his physical breakdown 15 years ago. \nThis event is aimed at anyone understanding the importance and value of their inner life and practice.\nCome and learn some new ideas\, and a way of thinking that adds clarity and definition to your current spiritual practice.
