“The most important thing in communication
is to be able to hear what is not being said
and to feel what is being felt.”
Communication in any aspect of our life is a key
to finding a way forward in relationships,
work, with our children and with ourselves.
We are only just starting to recognise
generations have not been brought up with
an allowance, expectation or ability to communicate.
It is imperative that as a humanity, as an individual
and as a collective we learn to communicate with ourselves,
and then with others around us.
